Summer 2015 - Ones to Watch Part 1

Thursday, June 04, 2015

One of the highlights of every summer is the spectacular cinema lineup - the hours of sunshine may not always be kind to us, but fear not because you can look forward to some of these new releases whatever the weather.

From Tom Cruises's latest instalment in the Mission: Impossible series to Miss Cara Delevingne's first main movie role, check out the latest trailers below:

Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation - In Cinemas 30th July
Tom Cruise and co. are BACK. I enjoyed Mission: Impossible Ghost Protocol so much I'm really excited for this one. The IMF have now disbanded, which makes the impossible missions even more impossible... Expect more highly skilled agents, terrorist attacks and high-octane (pretty real) stunts.

The Longest Ride - In Cinemas 19th June
If you visualised Hollywood's most famous Nicholas, you'd probably be thinking Cage and Hoult... but I'd also expect Sparks to sit high up in the list somewhere. Sparks strikes once again with another bestselling romance novel and another romantic drama. The story of Luke (Scott Eastwood) and Sophia (Britt Robertson) actually spans generations, so it's not just Another Typical Love Story! Here's an exclusive clip from the film:

Paper Towns - In Cinemas 17th August
Last year was all about the stunning The Fault in Our Stars, and bestselling author John Green's Paper Towns is the next adaptation. It's essentially a coming-of-age tale of Quentin (one to watch Nat Wolff) and his neighbour Margo (Delevingne) who disappears in a flurry of mystery...and clues (oooh). If you can't wait till August, pick up a copy of the book now! I was a big fan of Fault in Our Stars so here's hoping this packs an equal (emotional) punch.
